Get to SihanoukVille's Islands and back.

Saracen Bay and M'Pay Bay are on Koh Rong Samloem Island

Boat leave All Day here for the islands and back, about every hour, from 7am to 5pm. Most leave from the Serendipity Beach Pier, but some leave from the port. If weather or the ocean is not good, they usually leave from the port, and provide a free bus service to the port or back to the Serendipity Beach Pier, (and add an additional half hour or more to your trip.)
Koh Ta Kiev Island has boat trips only from the bungalows on the island.
Koh Thmei Island has boat trips to Koh Thmei Resort on the island.
Morakot Island (aka Snake Island or Koh Pous Island) is closed to the public for now.
Song Saa Private Resort Island has private boat trips only arranged the resort.
Other islands, such as Koh Russey, Koh Tang, Koh Krabey can be reached by private boat or as a stopover on some of the Island Day Tours around town.
OR, you can just take a 5 minute ride by helicoptor to most islands from SihanoukVille, (costs about 500 times more than the boats)
Angkor Speed Ferry
Daily fast trips to Koh Rong and Koh Rong Samloem Islands
The slowest boat, the backpacker special, taking 2 hours, leaves from the Royale pier near the port, and costs $5 each way. You need to make your way to the pier yourself, however. Nice ride if the weather is good.... Tickets are sold all over town.
