You'll have to pre book a room and find out about a boat to the island from your hotel. No piers still on Otres or Koh Ta Kiev so swim wear bottoms at least for getting on and off the boat are recommended.. The slow boat typically takes 55 minutes in a fishing boat. You can boat around the island in about 20 minutes. One speedboat is available for hire at Tel: 097 253 9082?
On the island, walking is the only transportation.
