Location Located above Victory Beach, near the port.  About a 5 minute motorcycle ride from downtown.  In Khmer, it's called Poom Chun, (Chinese Village).  One of the busiest restaurant areas and many hotels casinos and guesthouses are here.  There were over 200 Chinese restaurants here before....  But now???

What's Here
 Almost everything. Rooms from $25 to $850, Cambodian food, Asian food, Chinese food.., boats, casinos, (14 at last count) and more expensive meals from a few other countries. English spoken in a few places, Khmer (Cambodian) and Chinese spoken at the rest.  Even a shopping mall with Starbucks. (Furi Mall)

What time please
 Several places are open all night for all the construction and casino workers, a few places are open 24 hours a day.   A few breakfast places open around 7am. or earlier. 

The area is pretty quiet in the day, and comes alive after 6pm. The nearby Victory Beach is now a public beach, however a few hotels, construction, casinos, and restaurants take up all of the beach.
