Cafe Noir

is right on the beach in Sihanoukville, serving the very best fresh roasted coffee available anywhere.

We roast our own arabica beans for the very freshest coffee.

Open from 8:00 AM until 6:00 PM -- sometimes open also in the evenings.
We also have a sailboat for rent (catamaran) by the hour or day.
