many places offer day tours to the islands, close to the mainland, and some further away. Most tourists go for the overnight (or overweek) stay on the islands now. Some go out for several months.

(Koh Pos), and Bamboo Island (Koh Russey), Koh Rong Samloem, Koh Rong, Koh Sdach, & Koh Ta Kiev. (" Koh" means island in Khmer, it is pronounced "gaw", very quickly)

Some of the island resorts have their own boat transportation to the island. There were 7 public ferries to the islands, leaving from the Serendipity Beach Pier, or small piers out past the port.

Also, in Ream National Park, there are a several boats, and they offer mangrove and island trips or trips to Koh Ta Kiev Island and Koh Russey Island.

From most guesthouses and beach restaurants, you can book a group tour of the islands.
